Project Description
AMS® was awarded the contract to design and supply drill floor matting packages for both Frigstad Offshores' new D90 semi-submersible rigs. Exclusive to AMS®, we integrated options in the package to enhance safety with visual cues. These included

cautionary custom text molded into bevels at entrance points of hazardous areas

green traction matting for escape paths with photo-luminescent arrows pointing the way to safety

red zone matting for high risk areas around the rotary table

AMS© Drainage Mats allowed for a uniform surface without restricting fluids and eliminating trip hazards.
